Introducing the GP & J Baker x Kit Kemp Wallpaper Collection

This new partnership introduces a contemporary collection that seamlessly blends Kit’s signature eclectic, colourful style with GP & J Baker’s design expertise and rich heritage.

The ‘GP & J Baker x Kit Kemp’ wallpaper collection comprises seven intriguing, colourful new designs, offering designers the opportunity to infuse their projects with individuality and the distinctive style that this collaboration embodies.

Tall Trees

‘Tall Trees’ is a large, mural design and was inspired by a walk through woodland on a misty morning. This easy to live with design features fantastical birds, rabbits and dragons amongst bluebells, oak and horse chestnut trees.

Robina’s Dinner Party

‘Robina’s Dinner Party’ is a celebration of one of Kit Kemp’s favourite ceramicists, Robina Jack, and it depicts her glorious hand-painted, whimsical plates.

Wriggle Room

‘Wriggle Room’ is a charming, joyful little squiggle in fresh colour combinations featuring playful, painterly marks sure to bring life to any room.

Knights Tale

‘Knight’s Tale’ depicts a romantic pastoral scene and is inspired by an original design from the 1920s housed in the GP & J Baker archive. Featuring leaping deer amongst stylised roses and strawberries on an aged background, this vibrant design is available in six contemporary colourways.

Front Row

‘Front Row’ takes inspiration from an antique tapestry. Full of texture, the design depicts the intricate beadwork, appliqué and stitch work of the craftsman in modern, fresh colour combinations.

Tweak

Simple and easy to use, ‘Tweak’ is a subtle, single colour smaller scale interpretation of the playful ‘Wriggle Room’ design. This charming and versatile design is available in several fresh contemporary colourways.

Potato Print

Kit Kemp’s design studio has taken potato printing to the limit with a design that replicates a unique handcrafted quality whilst giving a nod to the work of British Pop Artist Joe Tilson.
